What you need
Copilot Business requires a qualifying base licence, e.g. Microsoft 365 Business Basic, Standard, Premium or Apps for business, for up to 300 users. The enterprise add-on requires a qualifying base licence, e.g. Microsoft 365 E3/E5, Office 365 E1/E3/E5 or F-plans (Microsoft 365 F1/F3 or Office 365 F3). Microsoft 365 E7 includes E5, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Agent 365 and Entra Suite. Users need Entra ID accounts. An Exchange Online mailbox is required for experiences grounded in email, calendar or other mailbox data. OneDrive is required for some file features. Supported apps and services are required for the corresponding features. Annual licences require an annual commitment; a monthly commitment is available where listed above.
How to order
As a Microsoft CSP partner, we deliver licences to your own tenant. We can also supply a base licence if you need one.
- Choose your licence, commitment and number of users, then click Buy to order through our support team. gateway.se charges Microsoft's list price for the chosen commitment.
- Accept our partner invitation (CSP reseller relationship) in the Microsoft 365 admin center. You keep full administrator rights.
- We add the Copilot licences to your tenant.
- You assign the licences to users in the admin center.

Copilot Chat is included at no extra cost with qualifying Microsoft 365 subscriptions: web-grounded chat, file uploads and pages. Agents are billed by usage.
Microsoft 365 Copilot
Microsoft 365 Copilot adds work-data grounding through Microsoft Graph/Work IQ, Copilot in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams, prebuilt agents such as Researcher and Analyst, and admin analytics.
Advanced features such as Cowork and Autopilot are usage-billed through Copilot credits.

- Yes. Choose the number of licences and assign them to the users who need Copilot. Each user needs a qualifying base licence.
- What are the commitment and cancellation terms?
- Annual licences require an annual commitment even when paid monthly. A monthly commitment is available where listed in the prices. Cancellation, renewal and changes follow Microsoft’s terms for the selected subscription; we confirm the terms in your quote.
- Do we need to move our tenant?
- No. We deliver licences to your existing Microsoft 365 tenant through a CSP reseller relationship. You keep full administrator rights.
- Are our prompts used to train AI models?
- According to Microsoft, prompts, responses and organisational data in Microsoft 365 Copilot are not used to train foundation models. Copilot respects existing access permissions. Review permissions and information protection before rollout.
